From our 10 years experience flat-sharing in different countries (England, Canada, France), we learned and kept what makes a great flat-share.

All our flat-shares and sublets are carefully chosen to be perfectly located.
Close to central places, tram and bus stations, shops and pubs.
All of them are recently refurnished, with top of the line equipment: fully furnished kitchen, dish-washer, washing-machine, dryer, LED TV, Internet, Wifi, etc.
All the bedrooms are furnished with double beds, and even bed sheets are provided.

All you really need to bring is your suitcase!

Our fla​t-shares are based on good team spirit and friendliness, while respecting the intimacy and time schedule of everyone. 
In the program: Friendly "apéritifs", happy festive week-ends and more.

All our flat-shares are mixed between girls, guys, young professionals, students, and international spirited people (some of our renters have lived in foreign countries).

Most of the time a parking space is available, or you can park your car in the streets around.
If you're eligible for government benefits, you can have the "Allocations Logement" in our flat-shares.

What we need from each renter :

• To be nice and friendly 
• Student or young active
• Alone or with a group of friends

Our flat-shares can accommodate from 2 to 8 persons.

We don't have agency fees. Our contracts are independent for each person living in the flat (not a grouped contract).
